Evidence policy

Every major factual claim on this website links to evidence metadata. Evidence is classified as one of four types:

  • Verified — confirmed by an authoritative source (the approved CV)
  • Corroborated — supported by multiple independent approved sources
  • Approved positioning — professional positioning from the approved profile document
  • Interpretation — inference drawn from approved evidence, clearly labelled as such

Interpretation is never presented as verified fact. Evidence metadata is available through “View evidence” controls and direct evidence URLs.

The primary source-of-truth spreadsheet (Andy_Adyen_Professional_Source_of_Truth_v0.1.xlsx) has been reconciled. Claim IDs (F001–F049), role IDs (R01–R09), project IDs (P01–P14) and source IDs (S1–S6) are now aligned with that register.

AI assistant policy

The AI assistant on this site operates under a strict approved-sources policy. It retrieves only from:

  • The final approved CV
  • Approved public profile copy
  • Approved case-study records
  • Verified credentials and publications
  • Approved contact information

The assistant does not search the open internet. It clearly states when approved information is unavailable rather than guessing.

Phase one uses a deterministic mock assistant over local approved records. No production language model is connected. The provider, logging and retention decisions for phase two are pending approval (see decision log D-12 to D-14).

Personal information

This site does not display or expose:

  • Telephone numbers (through the AI assistant or any automated mechanism)
  • Home address
  • Family or relationship information
  • Health or medical information
  • Protected characteristics
  • Client identities that are not explicitly approved for public use
  • Confidential client or internal commercial information

Contact information displayed on the Contact page is taken from the approved CV and public professional profile.

Content updates

Content is reviewed against the approved CV and the source-of-truth register (last reconciled June 2026). Specific items pending further verification are noted in evidence metadata throughout the site. Quantified outcomes, belt-level certification and the RSM degree award status are among the open items documented in the evidence register.
